I've never really seen him either. All of what I know came from colleagues and friends. I just know that America hates him. He usually overeacts when it comes to this, but the way he spoke of Julius Vincere was quite serious. He wasn't just being paranoid, even though he was uncertain.

[Regardless of who he is, what does that make the person who assassinated him?]
